YOUR HOME FROM HOME

Our home in Florida was built in December 2000 to a very high standard, and with the vacation rental market in mind, it has been fully furnished for occupancy of up to ten people.  Situated off the US 27 , South of the I4 at exit 55, this makes it an ideal base for families to travel from, visiting Disney World, Universal Studios and all other attractions in the Orlando area. 

There is a management company available to ensure that your stay is comfortable and well provided for, and for your additional comfort the villa is a non smoking home. Telephones are also installed in the villa. The villa is fully air-conditioned with airy cathedral ceilings to the living areas and enjoys a private southwest facing pool.  It is set in a select estate of mixed residential homes.

The pool is covered with an insect screen frame. A pool fence is currently being fitted to give you peace of mind, and to ensure that your children are kept away from the pool whenever you are not with them. The pool can also be heated on request and is surrounded by an attractive patio area, equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers. A gas barbecue is also available for rent.

The villa is generously equipped for a large family.  The separate utility has a large washing machine and dryer, and also has storage space for spare bed linen and towels, vacuum cleaner and ironing board. The internal door to the double garage is via the utility room. The kitchen is fitted with a large cooker, microwave, refrigerator (with ice machine), dishwasher and disposal unit.  It also has all the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils needed to make eating in enjoyable. The formal living area close to the front entrance has a full sized dining table and chairs, two comfortable sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), and a coffee table. The family room in front of the patio windows has 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table , multi-channel cable TV and VCR.  There is also a breakfast area with a small table and chairs.
